About returned / defective item exchange
About return by customer's convenience
We will accept returns if it is within 14 days from item arrival.
Please enclose a memo in which you wish to return the following three items.
- Name
- Order receipt number
- Reason for return
Shipping fee for return will be borne by the customer.

Exchange and refunds can not be accepted if it falls under the following conditions.
- Those that have passed 14 days after the item arrives.
- Usedworn and washing item.
- Those that caused scratches or stains due to customer's responsibility.
We can not accept exchange for other products.
About inferior goods exchange / defective item return
If there is any incompleteness in the item sent by any chance, we will exchange or refund.
Please contact contact within 14 days from the arrival of goods.

Refund method
Since credit card payment with Paypal has been completed, there is a possibility that the original total invoice amount will be withdrawn once, but from the month following the day after confirming the arrival of the returned item, from the credit card company through Paypal,We will proceed to make a refund to the account you have designated.
In addition, the fee in the case of refund by customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.
